Refund Policy

For Wedding Packages
You may request for a cancellation & refund of your purchase / deposit within 7 days from the date of your booking, if the booking was made for an event in the future.

After the initial 7-day period, we apologise that we are not able to process any refunds.

For Other Items
We are not able to cancel / refund any purchases made for other miscellanous items not related to wedding events, unless it is due to our own mistake / inability to fulfill your order.
